Schedule agent and routing

A lots of my users have a schedule agent in their mail database.This agent use the before mails arrives event and send all mails to their owns private emails adress.

All this agent are working before 21h00 and after this time, the routing is stopped and all the mails are routing in the next morning.

I can’t fin in my configuration where the problem is ?

If someone can help me. One of this user is my boss

i would check the most obvious…the schedule properties of the agent itself…what time in the morning does it start running again?

Did you look at Agent FAQ “troubleshooting agents” guide (under resources)? It has a lot of tips on how to turn on debugging and what to look for.
