Hi. Can someone guide/advise me. I want to do the following:
Using a attached Webcam. I want to snap a picture that is autmatically pasted/stored in richtext field.
Using a attached scanner I want to scan a document that is automatically saved as an attachment in a richtext field.
Please advise.

I don’t think you can achieve automated scanning into Notes strictly using pure native Notes functionality. You can however incorporate third-party products along with some LotusScript code to do it. For one example tool check out ScanToNotes:
