Saving subform crashes every time Domino designer

After updating my Lotus Notes to 6.5.4, every time when a open subform for editing through form where it is used and save the subform, Domino crashes for “NSD Is Running” error message. Luckily all the changes have been saved before the crash.

If I open subform directly for editing (so I do not open it through the form where this subform is used) and save it, Domino Designer does not crash.

I have been tested this in many Notes databases and this happens all the time. Seems to be a bug in this Domino version. Have anyone of you noticed this?

We have noticed that 6.54 crashes every time that you try to add a non-computed subform to a form. This is probably related to that. It is a known bug.
