Save Dialog on web when you click an attachment link

I want the save dialog to appear on the web when you click on an attachment link, Just like it does in the Sandbox.

Tried a few methods but none work, I want to give web users the option to save or open PDF’s… Any help will be appreciated…

Any luck in finding the solution to this? I have the same requirement too and what I’ve thought of is to create an object of the PDF and activate the object. Just a thought but haven’t really gone into actually making it work.
