Sametime Migration of meeting rooms

I am in preparation of migrating sametime 11.6 environment with kubernetes meeting to sametime 12 environment (also kubernetes).

The new environment on kubernetes is prepared; so now my customer asked to migrate already used meeting rooms from st11.6 to the new st12 environment.

st11.6 and st12 are using different mongodb environments.

In the mongodb there is a database called meeting.

Is it possible to "copy" the meeting db only from st11.6-mongo to st12-mongo without problems ? or are their relation to the meeting-mongo-db in other databases/collections ?

If would try this

st11.6: mongodump -u sametimeUser -p pwd --authenticationDatabase=admin -d meeting -o stmeeting_backup

st12: mongorestore -u sametimeUser -p pwd --authenticationDatabase=admin -d meeting stmeeting_backup/meeting –drop

Is this supported ?

Yes, that will do the move - the only assumption is that the directory is the same between the two environments.
