Clients Notes 802/fp1/cch1 crashed yesterday and as a result, has lost all of her Emoticon previews, except 1, the “built-in” “smile.gif”. The rest (maybe 20?) are gone. The preview window is there, but blank, but if you click anywhere, you’ll get the emoticon, you just don’t know what you’re getting until it’s clicked. Cache.ndk deletion added 1 additional .gif file, but probably a coincedence. Suggestions? (Yes, they can be readded manually but we’re trying to avoid that)

Found the client had added a .png file to her emoticons. Even though it displayed it corrupted the .XML file within the pallete.Removed file, and carefully edited the XML file. Done
