How about Notes take a leaf out of the book of Firefox 3 !? FF3 allows bookmarks to be created with one click , tagged, retrieved quickly, and allows list of bookmarks to be organised with separators.Notes too could benefit by offering message, calendar tagging and searching, but how about we allow Sametime contacts to be displayed more clearly/ separated like FF3 with multiple levels so that a user can dive down using Same time contacts almost like organigrams, and more readily construct trees ? i.e. offer more options for displaying/ managing groups such as separator lines/gaps.
Primary contacts window is part of the internal IBM release to show favourite contacts already and thus very powerful when filtered on those who are online.
