we have trouble with Sametime Meetings on Mozilla Firefox Browser.
The Video will be disabled after a few seconds (..to save bandwidth). Google Chrome and MS Edge work fine.
Is it a known bug in Sametime V 11.6 IF1?

This is a known issue with Sametime 11.6 deployments, as the 'Bandwidth Estimation' (BWE) was found to be too "sensitive" in some scenerios. Sametime 12.0 has addressed this to prevent it from happening as frequently. An option to consider is to disable the BWE. When there are actual bandwidth issues, audio and video issues can occur with the BWE disabled. If you need guidance in disabling the BWE, please open an HCL Support Case.
