Within Sametime Web client, file transfer to another web client is working. However, when sending a file to a mobile client (iphone or android), nothing happens on the mobile and the sender get a warning saying the destination user has cancelled the file download.
Something misconfigured?

have you tried to send small image? I remember there was a bug in ST App resulting in long waiting before actually sending files.
Have you tried to send file from desktop client to mobile device?

I do not use desktop client.
FYI, I also set the setting im.mobile.AllowReceiveFiles to 1 in the policy.user.xml file
