hello I have a problem with incoming external emails, the sender trying to send an email to my domain, shows the following error: said: 550 No such user xxx@xxx.com (in reply to RCPT TO command)

Final-Recipient: rfc822; xxx@xxx.com

Action: failed

Status: 5.0.0

I have Lotus Domino 8.0.2 on windows server 2003.

I need help.

Subject: re: No such user

Has the sender used a valid e-mail address for your domain? For example, if the sender used “person1@acme.com” does person1@acme.com exist in your Domino Directory?

Subject: Whitelist

Ask someone else from same domain to send email = it should come through.

Are you using Postini on gateway ?

We had a same issue and after adding sender to the white-list it got sorted.
