Rule created to forward emails

User A creates a rule that all incoming mails should be forwarded to User B when A is on vacation.When A returns he deletes the rule, but B still continues to receive all mails coming in to A.

Could somebody please help me on this?

this happened to me once and basically it turns out the rule is still running. It was a bug in some version can’t remember. Anyway you need to access the mail template through designer client and delete it from the design element ( i think in the rules folder?) and fix there.Also big tip for next time.

Get them to disable the rule before deleting.
