When I attempt to open a user’s address book, names.nsf, I receive the error - rrv bucket is corrupt. I have seen this issue with mail.nsf but not names.nsf. Ideas?

When you get that message, there’s about a 99% chance that the database is irretrievably corrupted.

We managed to remove the corruption with the server command ‘load compact filename.nsf -c -i’. It may also work in this case.
