Has anyone seen this message and/or understand what it means?
Unable to open main calendar document. Prompt user before searching on the appointment UNID
I’m seeing it appear intermittently in my DDM file on an 8.5.1 server with mixed 8.5.1 & 7.0.3 clients. I can’t find anything in the forums or the knowledge base. Looks like it was also happening when the server was 8.0.2.
The error you are seeing is really meant to to tell the template to prompt the user about dealing with a problem with the entry that we have detected. Obviously there is no template involved when delivering in the Router so it is being logged.
