Rollover Image Preload

I am using rollover images as buttons on a webpage. My problem is the loadtime if mouseover. The webpage takes time to load the second image… Can a person preload the 2nd image in formula on page loading or need it be JavaScript. If so how do a person do it?

You need Javascript.

Any page made with Dreamweaver and containing rollover images has the needed JS in it, so you don’t need to write it from scratch.

That’s all well and good if you KNOW of a page written in Dreamweatver that has rollover buttons…

Any examples you can share?
