For some strange reason known only to IBM - when the Lotus Notes 8.0.1 client is configured by a new user - it writes to the Local Settings directory of the userprofile
Local Settings by default is excluded from roaming profiles
So in our setup - running Lotus Notes on Citrix Terminal Server - the user configures the client - it works - but when they logoff changes are lost
How is everyone getting round this incredibly annoying issue - how can this product possibly be called Enterprise…!
