We have a Rightfax server 8.5 to handle all of our inbound & outbound faxes. We upgraded from Domino 5.08 to 6.5.1. According to documentation the ODS for the Rightfax databases must be in the R5 format, which it is. But now when we send a fax via a Notes client, name@1234567890@fax, only the first email(fax)of the day is sent successfully. All others are stuck in the mail router it does not route to the foreign domain. I would delete the emails(faxes) that are stuck mail router the next morning. I do 1 test and it is sucessful, then all others are stuck in the mail again!We do not use this feature a lot, only serveral emails(faxes) a week. When we upgraded Domino the foreign domain information did not change.
