My company is trying to setup an evaluation of RightFax for Notes.We are having a problem that I would like to ask you about.

When a Notes users sends a fax in a normal e-mail on the Domino server that contains the right fax databases, it works.

We address it as follows. name@faxnumber@faxdomain.

When a Notes user that is located on a Domino server that does not contain the rightfax databases, we get a delivery failure report.

error: “No route found to the fax domain from the domino server that contains the right fax databases”.

I have a foreign fax domain created and it is replicated out to all the Domino Directories.

Is there anything else that I need to perform in Notes?

Hello, I am not sure what version of our friend right fax you are working with. However, check your foreign domain document. It almost sounds to me like you don’t have the databases or server correctly defined in it. You may want to take a look at your lotus notes gateway. I want to say the last time I had problems I reinstalled the gateway and it was fine. Thanks

Thank you Laura for the post.We have installed right fax 8.7.

What fixed my problem is that I had to stop and start the Notes router on that server for it to recognize the new foreign domain. All the other servers recognized it without restarting the router. Thank you.
