Rich Text Mail Signature Problem

Problem/Query:

I have added a new Rich Text signature to a user mail database. However the new signature keeps getting “automatically” replaced by the previous signature. I have deleted the old signature, inserted the new signature and closed and reopened the mail database. At first the new signature is displayed correctly, but after a short time the old signature “reappears”. What could be causing this?

Is your mail database template updated? Please check and esure that it is updated

If you also have a replica of your mail database, kindly check as well if the signature in the replica also changes

Yes, I have replaced the template with the current version. The signature is correct in one replica but on another replica the new signature is replaced after about one hour by the old signature. I cannot find any reason for this.
