Rich Text Field and HTML Email (MIME)

I currently have a lotusscript agent that composes an HTML email (where I specify the HTML to write within the agent) and sends the email. I am using CreateMIMEEntity, SetContentFromText, etc. to format the email and all is well. I now have a new requirement for the end user to enter the contents of the email on a document and have it send what they enter in the email instead of hardcoding the text within the agent. I need HTML formatting (bold, links, etc.) - so I figured I need the user to enter the information within a rich text field. I viewed the source of the document over the web, and all the web tags are correct -

My question is how can I send what the user provides on the document within a rich text field in the email and have it be formatted with HTML?
