Does Lotus Notes support RFC2047 fully?
When header field looks like =?utf7?B?blah-blah-blah?= it appears as it is - not decoded variant, though Outlook and gmail do it corrrectly.
Same time when sent like =?iso-8859-1?Q?blah-blah-blah?=
If problem exists please tell which versions are free of it?
