Is it possible to retrieve the calendar entries of other users using an agent without adding the name of the agent’s signer in the Mail - Preferences - Access Delegation ? If I sign the agent with the server’s ID and the server has Manager access to the mail files, the calendar entries still cannot be accessed.

Although if you signed the agent with server-id it acts with rights of the starting instance, i.e. if you start the agent manuelly it works with your access to the db. You must used the agent-property “runing in name of” at security tab of the agent properties. In this case your name must be in the correspondending security field of the server-document.

Thanks for the reply but eventhough I was the signer of the agent, If I set it to run on schedule (every 5 mins) it doesn’t access my calendar entries. However if I run it manually, it can accessed my calendar entries. I was the signer of the agent. Can you tell me what is going on? thanks
