We have multiple Notes domains that are receiving mail for multiple Internet domains. Let us say that we have Notes domains: “ndomain1” and “ndomain2” with ndomain1 hosting “inetdomain1.com” and ndomain2 hosting “inetdomain2.com”.
Our problem is a username (ndomain1user) who resides in ndomain1 will receive mail for both
ndomain1user@inetdomain1.com and ndomain1user@inetdomain2.com. We have spam filters on inetdomain1.com, but not inetdomain2.com and the issue is we don’t want notes matching up user names with internet domains that aren’t hosted in their notes domain.
We use the Master Address Book for connecting the lookups of the NABs accross domains and we use the “Lightweight Directory” across all domains to consolidate addressing.
Any help would be appreciated as we actually have 5 notes domains and > 10 different internet domains hosted and therefore I have 20-30 valid email addresses if you use different combinations of user names and short names.
