I need help with Restricting access by device category
I need to set up restrictions for users on the use of third-party email clients (such as Outlook and others) on iOS and Android mobile devices. That is, users can only use HCL Verse on iOS and Android.
According to the examples in the article, I need to set the following in notes.ini:
NTS_USER_AGENT_ALLOWED_ANDROID=true,
NTS_USER_AGENT_ALLOWED_IBM_APPLE=true,
NTS_USER_AGENT_ALLOWED_REGEX=.* (all the default values)
and all other NTS_USER_AGENT_ALLOWED_ notes.ini’s changed to false, allows only the HCL Verse clients.
This raises the following questions:
- NTS_USER_AGENT_ALLOWED_REGEX=.* What are the default values? Is it necessary to additionally configure this parameter according to the article Are Microsoft Outlook Web App clients supported for use with HCL Traveler? - Customer Support
as NTS_USER_AGENT_ALLOWED_REGEX =^((?!Outlook-iOS-Android).)*$ - all other NTS_USER_AGENT_ALLOWED_ What values are we talking about? Or does it mean to set NTS_USER_AGENT_ALLOWED_OTHER=false?
Please help us with the correct configuration of the restriction using HTTP User-Agent.
