I am fairly new to the Domino world. I am looking for a white paper or some documentation on restoring a Domino server from backup.
I have a 3 year old server running 6.02 and it’s on its last legs. I have recently build a new server running w2003 and Domino 6.5. I basically want to backup my current server and restore it to the new one. I have heard that it is fairly straight forward…Other than restoring all the NSF’s and ID files. What else is there to be concerned about if everything gets restored to the same location on the new server? I did not have much luck finding any documentation.
Any help would be appreciated.
