Does anyone have experience to restore the mail after empty trash because we down’t have a backup. The nsf is at local computer and not compacted, therefore, can I restore the mail. Thanks!

You can if soft deletions are enabled in the database. Check the Admin client help and search for “Adding a view for soft deletions”. it explains it all…
If soft deletions was not enabled prior to the loss of documents, then you’re screwed… sorry.

Hi,I used a software named scanEZ trial, it can show the deleted stuf but can’t restore. So that, I think it may have a place to store the mail and wait for deletion after compacted the database.
