Hi,In the past, I had workflow application on Server A and Server B. They are replicated each other connecting by WAN connection. Now Server A is brought by another company because of separation. How to reinstall application on Server A again and make replication again ? How to make this kind of replication on both servers ?

If the servers have not been recertified the Domino servers will still trust each other. If the have changed the Certs or created new you will need to cross certify the servers.
Once this has been done all you will need to do is tell Domino where the server is via a connection document and make sure they can talk over port 1352. VPN or OPEN port directly to the Domino server, this will be up to your security policies etc.
