I am going to use the Resource Reservation function that build in ND6. But, I have meet serveral common problems that you may meet before. (I had read documnets in Forum in past few days, but still have no idea how to fix them).
(1) How to prevent / prohabit more than one user to book the same resource room in the same time slot?
(2) How to make resources availiable after user cancel booking?
(3) Why the Scheduler in RR cannot show most up-to-date schedule? Is there any agent can help to update it?

Everything you mention should work automatically. Are you having problems ?
Make sure to run the upgrade agent (in the actions menu). That way, the mail router will process all requests automatically.

I had run the upgrade agent everytime manually during testing period. I have no idea why they are not updated at back-end. And there is an error message was prompt on screen. It is “An error occured while validating the available time for this resource. Please try again later.”
Please advise what should I do for it? Thanks.
