It would be nice to be able to have a backup owner or two owners or use a group for the owner’s field. I would prefer to have a primary owner field and then a backup/secondary owner field.
If the primary owner is out of the office, all requests will automatically go the backup/secondary owner or there’s some method of telling Notes to send this to the backup person when the primary person is not available.
