Hi, i’v tryed to set up a nre Resource DB and when i try to create a new site document its appears every time this message(after i clicked the save button):
“You must supply the domain name of the server where this Reservations databases exists.”
, but i have entered the Site Name and the Domain !!!???
The ACL is correct , and the server runs now over 2months without problems.
has anyone a guidline or a tip, how to setup this db on R6 ?

There is some useful help in the Admin Help…you need to set the site document up something like this:
Site Name: ACME UK
Domain: AYK (the name of the domian here)
Server: ACME01/Server/Acme
Path: IT\Resources.nsf
We’ve set this up, and have it running OK.

I’m having the same problem with R6.01 on RH7.3
No matter what I put in the Domain Name field it still prompts to add the domain name?
Did you find a solution?
Cheers

I ran into this problem today and here’s the EASY fix you’ve all been waiting for:
The domain name in the site profile is pulled from the domain entry in your working location document.
Hope this helps!

Subject: Domain for new Site in Resource Reservation DB - thanks
Thanks Sam,
I added the “Domino mail domain” to my Location document and was then able to create a new Site in the R6 Resource Reservation DB.
What a shame I couldn’t just enter the Domain in the editable field in the Site document!
