When trying to reserve a room using the rooms.nsf database, I get the following message. “The specified resource is unavailable for the requested time. Please select a new time.”
The problem is that when I look on the calendar there is no reservation for the particular resource.
Have you created the R&R database and tried to book a resource immediately ? In that case it will not work, as the schedule manager needs to process the R&R database. Waiting for a few minutes generally resolves this issue. In case you are getting this error even after waiting for some time, then see if the schedule manager is running on the server. It will be listed under the ‘Server Tasks’ pane in the Domino Admin Client.
