I’ve been busy a whole week to find out what happends with an incoming SMTP message that I journalled to be able to resend the message in a later stage. The point is when I am resending the stored copy of the message from within the Mailjrn.nsf database the message disappears heading into the mail.box as expected but then NOT reaching the same destination the initial memo did reach. The destination is a simple record with an smtp address stored in de DIR. The copied/saved message with the complete and same header as the initial one is gone and cannot be traced after al. Even in the mailrouting events in the log.nsf nothing can be found. The send to field of both the initial message and the message stored and resend from the Journal DB is exactly the same so why the message dissappears beats me? Note this only happends with SMTP mail that came in. Resending Notes mail sent from a Notes mailbox works fine.
