Requesting tips on writing DLL or LSX to export to PDF

We would like to write our own add-in DLL or LSX to export Notes documents (and attachments) to PDF format from LotusScript code.

We are experienced in Notes API C/C++ programming so the tips we need are how to go about writing the code which will take a Notes document handle and convert / export it to PDF.

Any tips, sample code, freeware source code to assist with achieving this will be greatly appreciated.
