“Request time stamp” has changed after upgrading to R6
After upgrading our Domino Server to 6.0.3 the Domino web server logging format has changed regarding
“Request time stamp” from -0100 to +2200 when the time is before 02:00 and after 02:00 the format
is changed from -0100 to +0200
The server is setup to time zone +0100 and adjust for daylight savings
The config concerning “Log File Settings” is unchanged
Access log format: Extended Common
Time format: LocalTime
Log file duration: Daily

Can any one tell me why this value has changed and why there is a 20 hour time jump at 02:00
