Replying to email adds name automatically in my local addressbook

Hi

Everytime I reply to an email in my Notes mail, the name is automatically added in my local addressbook. Is this an option I can disable? Where can I find this option?

Subject: you need to disable Recent Contacts

under Contacts Preferences, un-check this option: Do not automatically add names to the Recent Contacts view
