When user tried to reply or forward with attachment rich text editor is showing a frame instead of text editor. Its been found thatits a bug in lotus notes with vista pcs’. Bug in IE7 compatability.
Any fix on this in lotus notes 8 client.

Do you have JVM settings correctly specified in browser? Are you sure, this is a Notes bug?

Can you please clarify if you’re seeing the problem in DWA or the Client? For DWA, you may simply need a later version to address this. See http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=899&uid=swg21245949.
If the problem is in the Client, is it only on Vista? If so, did you try disabling UAC? What happens if you test this in Basic mode? (By running nlnotes.exe from your Notes folder).

JVM settings.we tried all setings and this happpens only in Vista (IE7 onwards). If anything needs to check in JVM please let me know.
This is not in Lotus notes Client. its in Domino Webmail Access.

Tell me your server version, by running a show server on the console. Then, hit DWA over the web and click on the icon for Lotus Domino Web access. This brings up a help window and tells me your DWA build number. What’s the bulid number and the template? I’ll try to help. Thanks!
