With replication the sub-directory MAIL*.* we get error-messages with some (not all) message-boxes:
“Unable to replicate mail/xxx.nsf: Notes Port Driver unavailable”
Subject: Replikation-Error: Notes Port Driver unavailable
When the Notes Port Driver becomes unavailable, and as you will see by these posts it happens for various reasons. Try adding this variable to the notes.ini file. I previously added this variable for Multiple Notes Named Networks and multiple NIC’s but it will work for this.

To have the serevr recognize this without rebooting the server, type in this in the Domino Server window.
