Hello all,
We have a database (not a regular maildatabase) that a number of email addresses are directed to and it works fine when people mail to it, however we have now noticed that if we internally reply to a mail and set that database as recipient the mail is sent to that database (according to the log) but it can’t be found anywhere in the database and as far as I can tell it does not matter how the selection formulars are modified.
I’m guessing that replies (the Reply form) have some kind of special settings that we need to consider but as I’ve not been able to figure it out so far, I’d appreciate any help you can offer.
