Can anybody help me with this error message, “Replicator error: the TCP/IP protocol stack reported that it ran out of memory. Consult you network documentation to increase configured memory or reduce notes connections by limiting clients.”

My experience has been that this specific error message means what it says. 
Maybe there is a memory leak in somthing running on the server (maybe even Domino!). At one level, we could say this is more of an OS issue than a Domino issue (but maybe not). I suggest doing some trending of memory utilization over time. Depending on the amount of physical memory, the system config, number of users, etc., etc., you may actually need to install more memory.
