I have several server and the nab isn’t in sync on the servers if I delete or add something on one server the change isn’t replicated. I have tried to clear history but no luck. I have also runned fixup on every server but no change.
Any ideas how to fix this ?

Do you know what kind of documents are missing? (Person, Group, Holiday).
Do you have a lot of documents missing?
You could resave those documents , they will normally replicate again.

If can’t solve the problem with Domino means and replication I think best would be to decide which NAMES.NSF is the damaged one and which is the correct version. Create a new replica of this database on your local Notes client, check if this replica is OK and shut the client down. Then bring the server running the damaged version down, move the NAMES.NSF outside of the Domino data directory. Now you can copy the local replica of the NAMES.NSF in the file system into the Domio data directory of the shut down server. Re-Start the Domino server, let it replicate and check the NAMES.NSF again to ensure that everything works fine now.

Yes , it 's a steps to resolve your issue but it would also be good to identify those documents. TO know why it had happened.
