Replicated outgoing mail from client to server not moving!

Has anyone seen a problem where clients that are setup in an off-line configuration have pending mail in their local mail.box that never replicates to the mail server for delivery? Our location documents are set up as follows:

Mail file location: Local

Mail addressing: Local and Server

Send Outgoing Mail: Through Domino Server

Transfer Outgoing Mail if: pending

Replication scheduled every 15 minutes

The only fix we found was to recreate the local mail.box and resend the messages from the user’s Sent view.

Possible thoughts are corruption in the mail.box (but how?), or a time difference between the client and server that would throw off the time/date stamps on the pending email. Any help as to what is causing this problem and how to release the messages without recreating the mail.box would be much appreciated!

Regards,

Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Did u find in the replication tab, whether the filed Sent outgoing mail be checked.

In my case, i didn’t do the replication schedule for the location Internet.

Once the users completes his mailing, he will click the button Replciation (Left side) and click Start.

We do have nearly 100 users using lotusnotes via internet.
