Rendertortitem is not working after notes 9.0 client migration

Hello All

In one of my applications we used rendertortitem to send a document copy . It was working OK until I migrate my lotus notes client 8.5 to lotus notes 9.0.1.

I continue to receive the notifications but now I noticed that all shared fields are blank when I receive the notification.

Anyone have a clue about this problem?

I know you posted this a while ago so you may not be there any more but…

did you ever get an answer to this problem. We have just upgraded a user to 9 and are having exactly the same problem
