We have “Modify all Names fields” set in Advanced Tab of ACL with the Admin server set.When a user leaves and is removed from the Name & Address Book, the user’s name is removed from all documents in the database thus destroying historical information on who created documents. Is there a setting to allow a rename, but prevent a remove?
