Rename user cause user can not access archive database

Dear All,

I rename some user mail address here,

for some people they become can not access their archived mail

“You are not authorized to access this database”

Any ide why? And how to fix it? Since I have try to open using admin id and still can not.

enforced acl on the archive?

put it on a server, enable full admin access, modify the acl (or remove the enforced option), put it back on the users machine.

you renamed 600 users? certificate change?

was it actually an enforced acl or something else? do you have enforced acl’s on the mail files?

you could send everyone a button with lotusscript code to remove the enforced acl - you’d have to do this before any name change (while they have acccess) though.
