Removing * Asterix

Hi,Is there a way to create a script or something else to remove * (asterix) for all new incoming Emails (or new documents) ??

Yes, for example when you are creating a new document, I would like to remove my asterix

Can you explain a bit more? Are you saying that you want an incoming mail to have its body field scanned, and have all asterisks removed? What about other fields (subject line, etc)

You can write an Agent Which is triggered “After new mail has arrived” to solve this problem.

You can get the document object, use replace method in lotusscript to remove “*” from the Body field. You can also write the same in the “Queryopen” of the Memo Form when a new mail is opened.

Yes , thats’ exactly that, I would like to remove the asterix when I create a new document in my lotus notes application.I don’t know what to put in the script.

Please need help.
