Remote access problem

Hi

We have a big problem with remote access Notes Server. If a user access from remote site (2 Mbps band) connection is very slow. What are best practices for performance speed connection?, does somebody can help me with a manual?. I know with Lotus Compression is an option, but what can I do also?.

Consider switching the users to off-line mode and just have them replicate. Definitely turn on compression for the connection as well.

Check your Admin help DB and search on Compressing network data on a server port. That says it better than I can. Good luck!
