Ihave a user that creates a reminder and wants to have it send out a notification to a list of other users. The notificatioin gets sent out only to the users that are not in their personal addressbook. Any ideas why it would matter.

Hi Patrick,
is this notification being sent by an agent? If there is any conflict between addresses in their personal NAB and the public one, then the notification won’t be sent - and the user will find if they try to send emails manually, then it prompt for which person to send to. Ensure they are consistent and that should sort it.
