Regarding with the signature in the certificate

As I am new to Lotus Notes, I have queries related to the following stated errors::1) The signature in the certificate was found to be invaild.

check the log file for details.

question:

are you sure it was created on your domino server and not on ‘local’?

A few times i saw that certifiers were created with the “local” option turned on instead of the domino server.
