Regarding Wi-Pod disconnectivity

I have purchased Relience Wi-Pod, dueto some personal reason I came out of city thats why my connection has disconnected by your varification Officer,

with in 15 days I will be available in given address to varify,

so I request you to kindly activate Wi-Pod wi-fi.
