We are currently evaluating Notes 6, and although we are a ware that columns in views can now be colour coded, is there a way of setting a colour in a column for those documents that have a certain value ?
For example in the inbox, highlight any documents that contain my name in the To field ?
Our managers here are constantly asking for something like this to make sorting through email easier - obviously they would read these emails first (if they were highlighted in a diff colour) before reading rest which would have them in the CC field only.
We could use icons for this scenario but not as effective.

Not entirely accurate - you can colour code based on Sender, but you can’t on where the recipient’s name is in the email addres (ie To/CC/BCC), which is what the original question was.
