Company’s had migrated the cert.id to the CA migration process, but never worked with it.However, at a certain point in time all info on this migration has been lost:
-
certification document in directory was removed
-
the accompagning icl file had been deleted.
When trying to migrate the cert.id again, the system says: “Cannot complete this operation. Certifier had previously migrated. Please use ‘Modify Certifier…’ process to modify the certifier”
When trying to modify the ‘already migrated’ cert.id, the system says: “Problem in gathering certifier information, please provide certifier id file for the process to proceed.”
When entering the path for the correct cert.id file + its pw, system says: “The provided certifier id cannot be validated against the icl database. The process needs the certifier id file to proceed, please provide the correct certifier id”.
Since the icl\icl.nsf file is indeed lost, we got stuck from here…
Is there a way to restart a new migration of cert.id to the CA process from scratch?
